Refund policy

If you are unhappy with products purchased from and want to give up buying and default to get your money back, you can apply for the procedure of returning products within 14 working days in accordance with the provisions of the Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the protection of consumers for the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

The 14 working days term provided for exerting this right shall begin:

  1. for products, from the date of their receipt by the consumer;
  2. for services, from the day of the contract’s conclusion;

Distant contract means the contract for supplying goods or services concluded between a trader (merchant, dealer) and a consumer within the framework of a selling system organized by the trader who uses exclusively, before and at the conclusion of the contract, one or more techniques of distance communication. 
The right to return in 14 working days is only for customers who have purchased products online from the site
The customer has the right to cancel unilateral the distance contract within the 14 working days term, without penalties and without giving any reason. 
According to the Ordinance no. 130/2000, the customer is responsible for bearing the costs of returning the goods to the merchant.

The right of renouncing to purchase does not apply to legal persons. 
Reimbursement of sums will be at the most within 30 days from the date of the contract termination by the consumer. 
According to the Ordinance no. 130/2000, the consumer cannot unilaterally terminate the following types of contracts, unless (excepting the cases) the parties (consumers and traders) have agreed otherwise:

  1. contracts for supplying services whose execution has begun, with the consumer’s agreement, before the expiry of the 14 working days term;
  2. contracts for supplying goods or services whose price depends on the rates of exchange fluctuations in the financial markets, which cannot be controlled by the trader;
  3. contracts for supplying goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or distinctly personalized products as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to degrade or deteriorate rapidly;
  4. contracts for supplying audio or video recordings or computer software, if such recordings or computer software were unsealed by the consumer;
  5. contracts for supplying newspapers, periodicals, magazines;
  6. contracts for gaming and lottery services;
